The farm is owned by the Strydom family and has a rich history as the farm is now managed by its fourth generation and stretches back over 100 years.
The three houses all offers subtly different experiences but all of thee honouring the growth of the farm in the last 100 years. The names of the houses; Royal Beaut, Sundowner and Fallawater, were chosen in description to what the farm offers and has been offering for all this time to its owners.
Each House is fully equipped with Bedding, Towels and a kitchen with crockery a Microwave and an Electric kettle. Furthermore each house has two braai places, both inside and outside. Wood is available at a reasonable price. Bathrooms include a large shower, powered by Solar Geysers.
Witteberghoek offers a range of activities including: marked walking trails, Bird watching, Star gazing, Horse riding, Mountain Biking, Fishing and Swimming. Other attractions include: a shallow cave, an insight to a working farm and the magnificent surrounding Route 62.

The cottages is a charming building, originally built in the 1800's as several cottages, and tastefully converted and restored so as to retain the original character and flavour of the Karoo.
The accommodation comprises two self-contained and fully equipped en-suite flats. Each flat sleeps two and there is an additional sleeper couch in one for kiddies.

Kougaview Game Farm is situated in the Western Cape, approximately 39km from Uniondale on the N9, and 37km from Willowmore.The area is characterized by its diversity in vegetation and landscapes. Fynbos being the most dominant greenery, housing species of the protea and erica family. The gorges and cliffs accommodating lush Acacia thorn and Quarry trees, as well as a variety of grasses. The flat plains been covered with typical Karoo veldt, all providing sufficient grazing for the various antelope, (large and small).
